At Laser Lenin, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If you change your mind, you are entitled to return items under UK consumer law. Please read our policy below.

1. Your Right to Cancel

  • You have a 14-day cooling-off period from the day you receive your order to cancel for a refund.

  • To exercise this right, you must notify us by email at support@laserlenin.com within the 14-day period.

  • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

2. Conditions of Return

  • Items must be returned unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging (if applicable).

  • Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

  • Please include your order number and contact details when returning items.

3. Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or washed.

  • Items returned outside the time limits stated above.

  • Any goods that were customised, personalised, or made to order (unless faulty).

4. Return Costs

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • We recommend using a tracked delivery service, as we cannot refund items lost in transit.

5. Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your returned items.

  • Refunds will include the original standard delivery cost (if charged), but not any additional express shipping costs you chose at checkout.

  • You will receive email confirmation once your refund has been processed.

6. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item:

  • Please contact us at support@laserlenin.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

  • We will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs.

7. Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or design, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

8. How to Return an Item

  1. Email us at support@laserlenin.com to let us know you wish to return your order.

  2. Pack your items securely, including your order details.

  3. Post the package back to the return address provided in our reply.
